Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs, meaning it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of your home. It's also not able to climb stairs like other models and doesn't come with a docking station to create a cleaning area for plush carpets. The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great option for those looking for a vacuum robot that can do it all.
